Hi there, I'm Aaron! I'm a second-year PhD student in Statistics at Oxford University, where I'm supervised by Dr Oliver Crook and Prof Garrett Morris. My research aims to understand risks at the intersection of AI and biology and build tools to guard against them.
I'm interested in other things too. Here's my favourite novel, poem, and paper. In a past life, I wanted to become a moral philosopher. This didn't pan out but led me to sign a pledge to give away 10% of my life-time earnings to effective charities.
